Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Hemiplegia After Stroke With The Quanjing Acupuncture Therapy

Objectives:Observing the clinical effects of treating hemiplegia after stroke by QuanJing acupunctureMethods:Choosing 60 patients of stroke with hemiplesia and randomly deviding into two groups,one group(controlling group) of treating by modern healing combined with traditional acupunctrue(according to the methods in the sixth edition of ACUPUNCTRUE),the other group(QuanJing group)of treating by modern healing combined with QuanJing acupuncture.The difference between the two groups were measured by the degree of lack of nerve's function and degree of activity quantity during daily life.Once before the treatment and once after 3 periods of treatment. Results:Before and after the treatment,the scores of the degree of lack of nerve's function of the two groups are 18.43±3.12/4.77±1.87 and 17.66±3.1/7.80±2.76desperately.The difference between before and after treatment were significantly in the two groups.(P＜0.05).The QuanJing group was better than the controlling group.(P＜0.05).The degree of activity quantity during daily life was significantly improved in both of the groups after treatment.(P＜0.05).The QuanJing group was better than the controlling group.(P＜0.05).Accoding to the measurement standards of effects,the effect rate was 90% in QuanJing group,57%in controlling group.And QuanJing group was higher than controlling group.Conclusion:QuanJing acupunctrue can increase the effect rate in treating stroke with hemiplesia and improve the clinical efficency.
