Analysis And Design Of Electronic Handover System In Hospitals

[Purpose] This paper sorts out the research status of the transfer system and mode at home and abroad,analyzes the demand of medical personnel for the electronic handover class,sorts out the business process of the manual hand-over class of the hospital,and explores the construction plan of the electronic handover system that meets Chinese national conditions,aiming at theory and practice.In two aspects,we improved the business process of hospital handover in China and proposed a new research direction for improving the status of hospital handover in China.[Methods] This paper uses the literature analysis method to sort out the theoretical and practical progress of the transfer system at home and abroad,and has a preliminary understanding of the current application status of the hospital handover system;using the questionnaire survey method to transfer the 43 departments of the test site.The responsible person conducted a questionnaire survey to collect the needs of medical staff for the electronic handover system;used the interview method to conduct face-to-face interviews with the relevant responsible persons of the medical department and the information center,focusing on the key issues of management and optimization of the hospital handover shift.Ask in detail to understand the hospital's management requirements for the electronic handover system;use the object-oriented approach,combined with the hospital handover business process and the needs of hospital medical staff,to carry out the electronic transfer system structure design.[Results] Through the literature review,this paper finds that domestic research is mainly based on the exploration of single-system system and new-style shift mode.Foreign studies cover information model research and new handover model,focusing on standardization and standardization of process and data;hospital manual handover business The data in this is difficult to standardize,the quality is uneven,and it is difficult to manage;this paper adds data query,data statistics,information notification and other mechanisms to the new business process,and at the same time designs the system's interactive interface to make the data appear in the standard architecture;The actual situation analyzes the overall business process,and generates visual charts such as functional structure diagram,organization/function linkage diagram,U/C matrix,E-R diagram,system flowchart,etc.,and designs the schedule,handover shift,information notification prompt,data statistics,and data.Query and other functions are the core integrated electronic handover system.[Conclusions] The development of hospital informationization optimizes the hospital's business process.It is difficult to integrate the manual handover with the new business process,which hinders the development of the hospital's overall informationization,affects the quality of the handover activities,and the electronic handover class can improve the handover.Situation;relying on the good research foundation at home and abroad and some hospital examples,China has already had good technical conditions to realize the integrated electronic handover system with the practice basis.The electronic shift mode can meet the needs of most patients,but in order to meet the needs of some patients who want to participate in the shift process,the hospital should use bedside shifts to enhance patient trust.The hybrid handover mode combined with bedside handover and electronic handover can better meet the needs of patients;the integrated electronic handover system can standardize and unify business processes,which optimizes and manages hospital processes.Has a good effect.At the same time,the electronic handover system has growth and can be optimized with the development of medical information technology,which can meet the requirements of the new medical reform..
