Objective:To observe the treatment conditions pain、function、activities、myodynamia changes of KOA by using galvanic lead-in by Zelan Mixture。Compare the effect of control group of ZhengGu water galvanic lead-in, Judgment of the drug, the range of motion and pain to improve the ability of the function, to evaluate the clinical efficacy, to declare hospital drugs and promote the use of hospital take a solid foundation。Methods:Follow evidence-based medicine principles, random, single blind, positive control method, randomly divided50cases of KOA into two groups:25cases in Control groups and25cases in Treatment groups, the treatment group is by kunming Chinese medicine hospital preparations Zelan Mixture。Using LK-EA liuhe instrument and the Zelan Mixture lead-in, every20minutes, seven days for a period of treatment, each treatment interval2days, with the treatment of three treatment. The control group with ZhengGu water use its this instrument galvanic lead-in by the same method, and7for a period of treatment, each treatment interval2days, with three period of treatment. All patients are involved in evaluation of the clinical symptom score before treatment and after treatment. Observed before and after treatment knee osteoarthritis pain, function, mobility, muscle etc in after symptom scores and corresponding symptom scores assess, evaluate the clinical curative effect, and ZhengGu water control group, and the relevant statistical data analysis.Results:(1) The two groups before treatment general data, HSS total score and the symptoms score difference was statistically significant (P>0.05), between the two groups not comparable.(2)21days after treatment, the treatment group and control group total effectiveness had a statistically significant difference (P<0.05), significant efficiency hadn’t have statistically significant difference (P>0.05).(3)7days after two groups of patients before and after treatment HSS integral, pain, function, mobility, muscle and the integral stability contrast significant difference (P<0.05), are better than before treatment. Between the two groups after the index comparison to treat a patient has no significant difference (P>0.05).(4)21days after the two groups each index before treatment compared with significant difference (P<0.05), are better than before treatment. One comparison between groups, HSS score, HSS score of joint pain integral, knee function integration and mobility score index treatment group than in control group (P<0.05).(5)21days compared with7day, the treatment group in HSS score, HSS score of joint pain and joint function integral, the knee joint mobility and good in muscle strength7day (P<0.05), and the rest is observed index7day has no significant difference (P>0.05); The control group in HSS score, HSS score of joint pain and joint function points better than7day (P<0.05), and the rest is observed index7day has no significant difference (P>0.05).(6) The treatment group and control group in the healing process have not found adverse reaction.Conclusion:Zelan Mixture can greatly improve the knee osteoarthritis pain, function, mobility, muscle and clinical symptoms, has the remarkable pain, for activating blood circulation and eliminating stasis, relaxes the muscles and the role of dredging, no obvious skin irritation and sensitization effect.
