Cinical Research Of Juanbai Zelan Soup In Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type Of Menstrual Period

Purpose: through the study of the treatment group "Juanbai Zelan soup" "Dingkun Dan" contrast with the control treatment.And then observe the "Juanbai Zelan soup" decoction in the treatment of kidney and blood stasis type in the late period of clinical curative effect,demonstrate the effectiveness of the treatment.Method: collected in October 2013 to February 2016 in changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital of department of gynaecology clinic on the kidney and blood stasis type of late period of 72 cases of patients,treatment group(36 patients' oral juanbai zelan soup,control group patients with oral kun Dan,two groups of patients in the treatment of three menstrual cycles,by observing the patients after treatment symptoms of menstrual cycle,with the improvement of broken treatment efficiently,and to analyze its mechanism.Result: The treatment group cure rate 30.56%,show the efficiency of 41.67%,the efficient 19.4%,without efficiency 8.3%,total effective rate 91.7%,the treatment effect is remarkable.Control group cure rate 19.4%,show the efficiency of 19.4%,effective rate was19.4%,no efficiency by 16.7%,total effective rate was 83.3%.Two groups of patients before and after treatment the symptoms integral relatively than the treatment group is better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Chinese medicine volume Juanbai Zelan soup on the treatment of kidney and blood stasis type menstruation late total integral improvement and overall curative effect is distinct,have better in the near future curative effect and the forward curative effect,worth clinical application.
