| Objective: To investigate the pathogenesis of AOFH, and study the effect of the PNS to the AOFH on blood rheology and fibrinolytic activity. Method: There were 32 New Zealand rabbits , of their ear arteries 32 blood samples were drawn out.Of which 12 blood Samples were chosen randomly as Compared Group I (Group A),being analysed index sign on blood rheology and fibrinolytic activity.Then, 32 rabbits were administered wine containing 60% alcohol by pouring into stomach with a plastic tube to make models.30 weeks later,blood samples were drawn out of the rabbits, 12 of which were chosen randomly as Modle Group(Group B),accepting the tests mentioned above.Afterwards,the rabbits underwent medullary core decompression and histological test.According to the results of the histological test,the rabbits not according with the histological criteria of osteonecrosis were discarded,remaining the rabbits according with the criteria to be divided into 2 groups —Compared Group Ⅱ (Group C) and PNS Group(Group D). Group C were given 20ml solution (5mg PNS per kilogram of the rabbit) by intravenous injection once everyday. Group C were given 20ml NS by the same way. All the cases were killed to get the tested material. The material was cut into the HE pathologic slices to test and analysed index sign on blood rheology and fibrinolytic activity.The data of Group A was compared with Group B, so did Group C with Group D. Restult: We could find that the blood of Group B had higher stagnation and lower fibrinolytic activity than Group A. Group D had a better state in blood rheology , fibrinolytic activity and histology. Conclusion: We founded the early animal models of the AOFH successfully. The PNS'curative effect to AOFH is concerned with its function of ameliorating the high stagnation and low fibrinolytic activity of the blood.
