The Analysis Of The Differences Of Electrogastrography And Electrointestinogram And Electrocardiogram By Acupuncture Different Acupoints

ObjectiveAccording to TCM meridian and meridian-viscera relation theory,this experiment is to observe the effect on electrogastrogrphy, electrointestinogram, electrocardiogram of health people by acupuncture in acupoints of different meridians and to analyze the specific regularity between meridians, acupoints and organs. This will provide new method for acupuncture clinic and offer experimental evidences for the further research.MethodsAccording to the normal operating methods, we devised 1 minute uniform twisting, and then needled another acupoint after 5 minutes, zusanli,shangjuxu, yinlingquan, yanglingquan, taichong, quchi, neigu an, hegu, waiguan, tianshu in turn on healthy people (20-26 years old, with a proportion occupies half respectively, stop eating after dinner until next morning),MP150 was used to record electrogastrography, electrointestinogram and ecg,electrogastrography electrode were placed at the midpoint of xiphoid process and navel,5cm around the top left at a 45-degree angle, reference electrode was 5cm at the right side of the midpoint of xiphoid and the navel. Electrointestinogram electrode was placed at 5cm Left and right side of the navel, reference electrode was 10cm at the right side of the navel. Ecg connection method adoptsⅡguide coupling method. At last we analyzed different influence to amplitude and frequency.Results1. There was no significant difference before acupuncture on electrogastrography amplitude(P>0.05), after acupuncture there was significant difference between zusanli, shangjuxu, yinlingquan, yanglingquan, taichong,tianshu(P<0.01), after acupuncture there was significant difference among zusanli and shang-juxu, yinlingquan, yanglingquan, tianshu (P<0.01,0.05). There was no significant difference before and after on electrogastrography frequency (P>0.05).2.There was no significant difference before acupuncture on electrointestinogram amplitude(P>0.05). There was significant difference among zusanli and shangjuxu, yinlingquan, yanglingquan, tianshu on electrointestinogram amplitude after acupuncture (P<0.01,0.05), but there was no significant difference between them(P>0.05). There was also no significant difference before and after acupuncture on electrointestinogram frequency(P>0.05).3. There was no significant difference before and after acupuncture on heart rate(P>0.05). The heart rate amplitude change highered after acupuncture in neiguan and waiguan (P<0.01,0.05), no statistic difference between them(P>0.05). The influence of different heart rate group has significant difference after acupuncture by neiguan and waiguan (P<0..05).Conclusion1.The acupoints of stomach meridian,spleen meridian,liver meridian,ga1lbladder meridian can increase electrogastrography amplitude,there was significant difference relative to large intestine meridian,pericardium meridian, tripe energizer meridian on correlation between meridians and internal organs, the foot meridian is better than the hand meridian. There was significant difference between acupoints of stomach meridian,.zusanl i is better than shangjuxu and tianshu. Acupunature made no difference to electrogastrography frequency.2. The acupoints of stomach meridian, spleen meridian, gallbladder meridian can increase electrointestinogram amplitude, there was significant difference relative to liver meridian,large intestine meridian, pericardium mer idian, tripe energizer meridian on correlation between meridians and internal organs, the foot mer idian is better than the hand meridian except the liver meridian.There was no significant difference between stomach meridian, spleen meridian,gallbladder meridian and acupoints of stomach meridian.Acupunature made no difference to electrointestinogram frequency.3.Pericardium meridian, tripe energizer meridian have good and two-way regulatire effect to heart rate of healthy people, there was significant difference relative to stomach meridian, spleen meridian, gallbladder meridian,liver meridian, large intestine meridian on correlation between meridians and internal organs,the meridian itself and the exterior-interior meridian is better than others.There was no significant difference betwee neiguan and waiguan.
