Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of patients with Cold-damp Syndrome of Diarrhea treated with huosha peros fluid, compared with the control group treated with Smecta and BIFICO, to evaluate objectively the clinical efficacy and safety of Huosha peros fluid , and to further explore its mechanism.Data and Methods: Selecting the 60 cases diagnosed Cold-damp Syndrome of Diarrhea in Chinese medicine and acute or persistent diarrhea in Western medicine , randomly divided into the treatment group treated with huosha peros fluid, the control group treated with Smecta and BIFICO, each group had 30 cases, 3 days as a course of treament, then observed the changes of the clinical syndrome before and after treatment, and observed the overall efficacy, to analyse the differences between the two groups using statistical analysis。Results: (1) The total effective rates of the two groups were 96.67% and 96.67%, the clinical efficacy of the two groups had no significant difference (P> 0.05).(2) there was significant difference of the the treatment group by self-comparison pre-after therapy in improving the Total score (P <0.01) and improving the scorethe symtoms of Diarrhea, abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting, loss of appetite, but there was difference of the the treatment group by self-comparison pre-after therapy inimproving the score of the symtoms of Distension (P <0.05) .(3) There were not the occurrence of adverse event in the course of the experiment. Conclusion: The huosha peros fluid had a good clinical efficacy and safty in treating the Cold-damp Syndrome of Diarrhea。...
