The Clinical Research On Si Ni And Si Jun Zi Decoction In Treating Chronic Gastritis With Stagnation Of Liver And Deficiency Of Spleen

Objective: This clinical study was that Si Ni Si Jun Zi decoction compared with western medicine in treating chronic gastritis(liver stagnation and spleen deficiency).The treatment results of the clinical symptoms,the signs,the electronic endoscopy and the histopathology of the chronic gastritis were observesd. And clinical efficacy and drug safety of Si Ni Si Jun Zi decoction were evaluated through both the theoretical and clinical aspects.Methods:60patients that conformed to the diagnostic criteria of chronic gastritis were randomly divided into the treatment and control groups,The each group was30cases. The treatment group were given Si Ni Si Jun Zi decoction that was based on formula principle of dispersing liver qi and regulating stomach, invigorating spleen and replenishing qi, sending down the adverse flow qi and suppressing acid. The control group were given western medicine that contained Omeprazol capsules that wrer dissoluble in enter and Domperidone. Both tow group treatment lasted4weeks. Main observation projects had the general clinical curative effect, the therapeutical efficacy of the syndrome in traditional chinese medicine, the curative efficacy of the endoscopic mucous membrane, the changes of pathological state of the mucosa and safety inspection.Results:(1) The data that contained the general information, symptom scores, endoscopic and pathologic scores of the two groups patients before treatment was proved to be no significant differences (P>0.05) and comparable by statistical analysis.(2) after four weeks treatment, the total efficacy of the treatment group was90.9%. The gegeral clinical efficacy between the two groups has difference (p<0.05),and the treatment group is superior to the control group.(3) after treatment, the epigastric fullness, belching, fatigue, dry and bitter mouth of the patients in the treatment group were significantly relieved. The scores of the improved TCM symptoms of the treatment group were better than the control group,(p<0.05).(4)Gastroscope integral, Gastroscope integral in treatment group were improved after treatment, and better than in control group.the difference had statistical significance (p<0.05).(5) the two groups showed no adverse effect of the liver and kidney function and so on.. Conclusion:This research results showed that Si Ni Si Jun Zi decoction that was added herbs to had better curative effect in treating the chronic gastritis of Liver depression and spleen deficiency,and the treatment group was better than the the control group in the curative effect of TCM syndromes and symptoms, the endoscopic classification, the pathological changes of the mucosa and so on. Si Ni Si Jun Zi decoction that was added herbs to is worth further promoting.
