The Research Of Clinical Effect About Treating Hp Positive Chronic Gastritis Of Liver And Stomach Heat Type By Qinggan Hewei Decoction Combined With Quadruple Chemotherapy

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of quadruple chemotherapy combine with Qinggan Hewei decoction and quadruple chemotherapy in treating Hp positive chronic gastritis with liver-stomach heat type,comparison of the difference of improving the curative effect of TCM symptoms,eradication rate of Hp,to evaluate the safety and efficacy of traditiona lquadruple chemotherapy combined with Qinggan Hewei decoction in the treatment of Hp positive chronic gastritis of liver-stomach heat type,to provide better clinical basis for the patients,with a view to guiding the clinical practice better.Methods:This experiment uses random grouping methods in clinical trials,a total of90 cases of liver-stomach heat type with Hp positive chronic non-atrophic gastritis in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and western medicine were included in the Department of spleen and stomach outpatient and inpatient Department of of Shanxi Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital.According to the order of patient visits,to randomly divide the treatment group into 45 patients were treated quadrup-le therapy combined with Qinggan Hewei decoction,and 45 cases in control group were treated with simple quadruple chemotherapy.Qinggan Hewei decoction,one dose daily,orally administered twice,take orally two hours after the meal.the treatment group and the control group of the same Western medicine.Rabeprazole 10 mg once,Colloidal Bismuth Subcitrate 220 mg once,take orally two times one day half an hour before meals.Amoxicillin 1.0g once,Clarithromycin capsules 500 mg each time,twice daily,orally after meals.All patients were treated for two weeks as a course of treatment.Not cold,eat spicy food during the medication.Stop taking all drugs that may have an impact on this study during treatment.The safety indexes(vital signs,electrocardiogram,hematuria routine,blood biochemistry),and the curative effect index(TCM symptom integral,Hp infection eradication rate)were used as the observation indexes,statistical analysis using SPSS21.0statistical software,compare the differences of TCM symptom integral,Hp infection eradication rate and safety between the treatment group and the control group.Results:1.Evaluation of therapeutic effect of TCM symptoms:The total effective rate of TCM symptoms in the treatment group and the control group was 98% and 82%,respectively.The treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05),showing that the traditional quadruple therapy combined with Qinggan Hewei decoction was superior to the control group in improving TCM symptom integral.2.Comparison of therapeutic effects of singal TCM symptoms:Comparing therapeutic effect of single TCM symptom between two groups,the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05),showing that the traditional quadruple chemotherapy combined with Qinggan Hewei decoction was superior to the control group in improving the single symptom.3.Hp eradication rate comparison:The total effective rate of Hp eradication was 93%and 75% in the treatment and control groups,respectively.The treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05),showing that the traditional quadruple therapy combined with Qinggan Hewei decoction on Hp eradication rate was better than that of control group.Conclusion:1.The traditional quadruple chemotherapy combined with Qinggan Hewei decoction and the quadruple chemotherapy in treating Hp positive chronic gastritis with liver and stomach heat type have effects in improving the Hp eradication rate and TCM symptoms.2.The traditional quadruple chemotherapy combined with Qinggan Hewei decoction was better than the control group in improving TCM syndrome score,Hp infection eradication rate and safety.3.It provides some valuable clinical data for the treatment of Hp positive chronic gastritis.
