The Studies On The System Of Family Doctor Based On The Health Management

Vigorously developing community health service, which is a social public service supported by the government is the main content of constructing socialist harmonious society. The coverage rate of major populations in medical health services is a key factor to evaluate the civilization of regional economic and social development level.The principal means of solving difficult and expensive medical treatment problem is to solve these major health problem and to meet the basic medical demand of the key population.Taking Shanghai Jingan district as an example, the government carried out new concept, technology and pattern in community health service of key population,which is based on research of key population demands and community health center serving capacity. In this new pattern, family physician system is the main medium of construcing new community health care mode.By appling field investigation,literature investigation, expert interview, evidence-based analysis and different theory such as health management, social medicine,health service management, community health management, the author proposes current community health service demands of Jing’ an district residents, further designed family doctor system based on health management, which provided theoretical and practical experience for medical system reform.This thesis consists of five parts:Chapter one, this part mainly illuminates the research background, purpose, theoretical and practical value, defines the concept and introduces the research thoughts and methods.Chapter two,,by description of community health management history, significance and trend of key population community care development, health service demand and utilization, the family medical research theory and practice based on demands was put forward.Chapter three, by analyzing the basic facts in Jing’an district including the medical flow, community residents’ comprehensive satisfaction, community medical service requirement, the community public health service demand, the government community health service investment, community medical service and public health service output, the author bring forward the main problem.Chapter four, according to the analysis of demands, the writer proposed the family doctor system frame based on health management, which mainly includes the family doctor system frame, service process optimization, service content framework, qualifications and training methods, performance evaluation index and the difficulties, confusions and solutions of implementing this new system.Chapter five, summarized the thesis in five part,and puts forward some problems which need to be studied further. summarized the innovation and the insufficiency of this investigate in the end.
