With the continuous development of society and economy,aiming at a series of problems,such as population aging,high medical cost,irrational allocation of medical resources,developing community health service and searching for proper operation mode of community health service is the new period of China’s medical and health system The inevitable trend of reform.In recent years,the residents rising attention to oneself health,people increasingly strong demand for community health service.It is in this context that the operating mode of family doctor signing service is receiving more and more attention and support.In the current domestic research,for the family doctor signing service system construction and the promotion of foreign policy are more,and for family doctor service needs of the contract is relatively small.At present,the development of family doctor signing service in China mainly stays in the stage of practice and exploration,and many problems with Chinese characteristics have also been encountered during the process of pilot promotion.This study starts with the demand of family doctor signing service and discusses the relevant factors that influence the demand of family doctor signing service,and provides some theoretical basis and suggestions for further improving and developing family doctor signing service system.In this study,the demand for family doctor contract service in Shijiazhuang City,Hebei Province was studied.The main purpose of this study was to explore the impact of people’s attribute characteristics on family doctor’s contracting service needs.The purpose was to provide specific information for improving family doctor’s service system in Shijiazhuang.Strategic recommendations.Based on literature research and theoretical analysis,this study uses Maslow’s theory of demand,life cycle and life system theory as the theoretical basis of the demand for family doctor’s contract service.Based on this,the author draws on the research achievements of family doctor signing service The service demand can be divided into three levels: preventive health service demand,disease diagnosis and treatment service demand and rehabilitation care service demand.according to the basic characteristics of demographic structure.characteristics of respondents are divided into two categories: natural attribute and social attribute,and then use questionnaire research to explore the relationship between the characteristics of people and the demand of family doctor signing service.In this study,taking Shijiazhuang as an example,samples were collected from several service communities in Xinhua District,Shijiazhuang City.Data analysis methods mainly use descriptive statistical analysis,difference analysis,correlation analysis and other statistical analysis methods.The results of the study showed that there is a widespread demand for family physician.Among them,education level and health status has significant impact on the health service demand,prevention of age,relationship between economic conditions and policy cognition was positively correlated with the health service demand,prevention,physical condition and health care demand is negatively related to prevention has a significant impact;the service of the diagnosis and treatment of lifestyle and health care demand,body condition was negatively correlated with disease diagnosis and treatment services,policy services and disease diagnosis and treatment is positively related to cognitive demand;gender,marital status and health status has significant impact on the rehabilitation care services,health and rehabilitation The demand of care service was negatively correlated,and the policy cognition was positively related to the demand of rehabilitation care service.
