Tumor is a kind of disease that seriously threatens people’s health andlives. It has been a long time for human being to struggle with tumor.Perfusion thermo-chemotherapy treatment is a combination of a hyperthermiaand chemotherapy of tumors treatment. The current treatment of theabdominal cavity perfusion type heating composite pleural pelvic tumor andhydronephrosis report very much, has proved to be safe and effective, and itproduces a new instrument–Perfusion Thermo-chemotherapy Instrument.This thesis relies on the Guangdong Province and Department ofeducation combined with production and research project; the previousgeneration of Perfusion Thermo-chemotherapy Instrument was foundation ofthis thesis. The solution of previous generation of the system was analyzed,some problems were found. Firstly, NI Data Acquisition and industrial control computer was upgraded; NI PCI-6221M Data Acquisition andUFO6377H-SP1-525-NM industrial control computer was selected.Secondary, the previous program was outdated, the new LabVIEW programwas performed, the efficiency of the program was improved and the programwas optimized. Thirdly, the safety of previous system was not enough, basedon GB9706.1-2007medical electrical equipment–general requirements, asecurity module was performed. Detection and protection of possible safetyproblems is realized by the security module using the limited resources oftemperature sensors and gravity sensor. Test by Shanghai testing andinspection institute for medical devices, the system meets the requirement ofGB9706.1-2007and the safety of the system was proved.Finally, the usage of the medical equipment depends on its efficacy, byinvestigation of evaluation methods of the system, the advantages anddisadvantages of these methods were discussed and the flow cytometermethod was chosen as the evaluation method of the system.
