Objective:Observe the concentration of the serum TK1evaluation in the throat and different type certificate of correlation.Methods:In2010.03-2011.12period collects the pathology diagnosis throat squamose cell cancer patient phlegm hot stasis successively according to the Chinese medicine diagnosis standard and stagnation of flow of vital energy blood stasis each15examples, altogether30example throat cancer case takes the case group, in addition collects30example throat benign pathological change group achievement control group, in the case group divides into the phlegm hot stasis group and the stagnation of flow of vital energy blood stasis group two group of each15examples. Uses the immunity signature enhancement chemiluminescence law carries on the blood serum to the case group and the control group the TK1density determination. Collects each experimental subject the TK1density value, SPSS16.0carries on the data statistical analysis, obtains the experiment clinical result.Results:2.68(1.18-7.21) pmol/L in one case serum TK1concentration was significantly higher in serum TK1concentration of1.05(0.03-2.50) pmol/L; TCM throat bacteria in patients with blood stasis type serum TK1concentration of3.51(1.98-7.21) pmol/L, compared with phlegm heat Yongzhi type1.84(1.18-3.88) pmol/high; TK1concentration is greater than2pmol/L the sensitivity of the positive criteria, the the TK1diagnosis of laryngeal60.00%, a specificity of93.70%. TKlon laryngeal diagnosis and clinical significance (see Figure1).Conclusion:Serum the TK1detected in the clinical diagnosis of laryngeal cancer patients and different syndrome types of clinical significance. Confirm the detection of TK1concentration throat diagnosis of malignant tumors.
