ObjectiveBy observing and analyzing the clinical effect in treating the lumbar intervertebraldisc hernia of deficiency of the liver and kidney by warming needle with acupoint-injection of cervus and cucumis polypeptide injection to evaluate the feasibility and clinical advantage of it’s application.MethodsSelect the out-patient from the Second People’s Hospital of Fujian Province of Acupuncture Rehabilitation, effect and clinical diagnosis of lumbar intervertebraldisc patients choice in line with the exception of the subject included in the standard and remove standard of lumbar intervertebraldisc protrusion in60cases for the study,on clinical randomized grouping method into balance60cases of patients with Warm Needle with Acupoint-injection group and simple Warm Needle group, the two groups according to the ratio of1:1.Once a day,10times for a course,rest3days between treatment(Saturday and Sunday without break)and treatment of two courses. Two groups respectively before and after treatment with Visual Analog pain scoring,Oswestry dysfunction index for evaluation.Result1.The two groups before treatmen,no significant baseline differences, the two groups were comparable.2.Before and after the first course treatment in the treatment group and the control group, the result of Visual Analog pain scoring was significant difference (P<0.05,P<0.01),the two groups had no significant difference between comparison (P>0.05);Before and after the second course treatment in two groups, the result of Visual Analog pain scoring was significant difference (P<0.01),the two groups had no significant difference between comparison (P>0.05)3.Before and after the first course treatment in the treatment group and the control group, the result of Oswestry dysfunction index was significant difference (P<0.05,P<0.01),the two groups had no significant difference between comparison (P>0.05);Before and after the second course treatment in two groups, the result of Oswestry dysfunction index was significant difference (P<0.01),the two groups had significant difference between comparison (P<0.05) 4. After the first course of treatment in treatment group was markedly effective rate of26.67%, with an efficiency of76.67%, the control group was markedly effective rate of3.33%, with an efficiency of66.67%;The second course after treatment in treatment group was markedly effective rate of56.67%, with an efficiency of96.67%.The effect of two groups had a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion1.Warming needle with acupoint-injection of cervus and cucumis polypeptide injection and simple warming needle for treatment of the lumbar intervertebraldisc hernia of deficiency of the liver and kidney effect of lumbago, both of wich can obviously reduce patients’ pain. But in functional recovery and treatment, warming needle with acupoint-injection of cervus and cucumis polypeptide injection is obviously better than that of simple Warming needle with acupoint-injection of cervus and cucumis polypeptide injection.2.Lumbar intervertebral disc hernia of deficiency of the liver and kidney by warming Needle with acupoint-injection of cervus and cucumis polypeptide injection is one of an effective therapies, which has the advantages of quick effect, good curative effect, less acupoint selection, small pain, simple operation and other advantages, for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc hernia provides a new choice.
