A Clinical Stuy Of The Prescription Of Gualljieniucuoshangxiji Application To Postoperative On Intercondylar Humeral Fractures

Objective:To study the clinical effect of the Prescription of guanjieniucuoshangxiji application to postoperative on intercondylar humeral fractures,to make reasonable recommendations for the clinical choice of treatment options to further guide clinical practice.Methods:In this research,57cases were intercondylar humerus fractures (AO type:C type fractures) in-patients.They were collected from March2010to2011March,in our hospital (FuZhou City No.2Hospital),who accorded with subsuming criterion.All the cases were divided into two groups randomly with the random number table,group A-herbal fumigation group (29cases),group B-normal control group (28cases). Surgery of all the cases were carried on the admitted to hospital4-5days.The surgical approach to the olecranon osteotomy fixation with two plates,postoperative24h-48h to start the CPM and functional exercise.The surgical incision healed after2weeks,group A(herbal fumigation Group):elbow joint continue to exercise,and fumigation-washing therapy of the guanjieniucuoshangxiji, fumigation at the same time take the elbow joint functional exercise, Day1agent,2times/day,30minutes/time,2weeks for a period of treatment,all treatment2treatment,group B(normal control group):only the elbow joint functional exercise,3times/day, early, middle and late, each30minutes.Record the clinical data prior to surgery.Maximum circumference of the elbow was messured on the3rd day of the postoperative and4th week of the postoperative,then apply on the swelling dissipated index on the4th week of the postoperative,and then evaluation of the swelling degree of elbow. Assess the pain intensity with VAS in group A, B,on the2nd week of the postoperative,4th week of the postoperative and6th week of the postoperative.Measure the scope of activities of the elbow joint in group A, B, on the2nd week of the postoperative,4th week of the postoperative and6th week of the postoperative. Assess the elbow function with HSS in group A,B, on the2nd week of the postoperative,4th week of the postoperative and6th week of the postoperative. Obtained the excellent rate in group A, B, on the6th week of the postoperative.Result:1.The57cases were followed, group A of29cases, group B of28cases,3cases were lost to follow up.Two groups of57cases had no drugreaction and other adverse reactions.2. Comparison of general information,the general information of two group before surgery was no statistically significant(P>0.05).3. Between the groups,there were significant difference of the swelling degree of elbow on the4th week of the postoperative (P<0.05).There were no statistically significant of the pain intensity,scope of activities of the elbow joint,elbow function assessment between two groups on the2nd week of the postoperative (P>0.05);but there were significant difference on the4th week of the postoperative and6th week of the postoperative (P<0.05). Group A (93.10%) is much better than group B (60.71%),on the excellent rate of elbow recovery,and was significant differerce(P<0.05).Conclusion:The prescription of guanjieniucuoshangxiji has significant effect of detumescence and odynolysis after intercondylar humeral fractures surgery.There is significant effect to increase the scope of activities of the elbow joint,to promote the elbow functional rehabilitation after intercondylar humeral fractures surgery.
