| Objective:Watch "Shangzhixishang decoction" late to Colles fracture the wrist joint function recovered clinical curative effect.Methods:Will meet eligibility criteria of60patients with Colles patients with fracture of the doctor order according to randomly divided into group A (herbal fumigation group) and group B (hot water for bath group). Each group of each30cases. In patients after termination plywood, before treatment of patients with measuring the wrist joint mobility, and pain grip points. Were given " Shangzhixishang decoction" fumigation with bath temperature and hot water for1month. In treatment3,6months follow-up, and compare the before and after treatment for3,6months, two groups of patients with the wrist joint activities range, grip, pain integral, Coney wrist functional score on the differences.Result:Group A and B group in the wrist joint mobility, grip, pain points of difference in the group is, which will have a significant meaning (P<0.05). A and B two comparison between the way, in the wrist joint mobility, grip, pain integral, Coney wrist score of meaning with significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:"Shangzhixishang decoction" fumigation for involving radiocarpal joint and suitable for the conservative treatment of fractures the wrist joint Colles late functional recovery has good curative effect. |
