Clinical Observation Of Herbs Orally Treatment Distal Radial Fractures In Elderly Manipulation Splint After Early Swelling Of Fixation

Objective: To observe the manipulation of Taohong Siwu Decoction on senileCollesfracture, wrist joint pain, swelling, flexion and extension was limited anddysfunction to improve the situation, further verify Taohongsiwu Decoction in theapplication and promotion of early fracture..Methods: We collected40cases, were randomly divided into treatment group andcontrol group.The treatment group and the control group underwent manipulativereduction and splint external fixation. Two groups of patients with postoperativeradiographs of fracture healing time on line and,6weeks after the removal ofexternal fixation. The treatment group in first days after operation was oral TaohongSiwu Decoction,prescription: Angelica15g, rehmannia, radix paeoniae rubra,15g10g8g,9g, Chuan Qiong peach red6g. Day one, sooner or later the two fasting oral,even for a week for1courses,5courses.Results: the treatment group than in the control group,1patients with wrist paintime,has the difference (P<0.05);2, the treatment group than the control group in thepatients with swollen wrist subside quickly, there are differences (P<0.05):3, sixth,9weeks after-operation, Garland-Werlery score difference (P<0.05), Twelfth weeksof wrist joint there was no difference (P>0.05), explain the treatment group after sixth,9weeks of wrist joint function recovery compared with the control group, andtwelfth weeks of wrist joint function was not obvious difference;4, to participate inthe study patients after reduction of regular follow-up, all patients did not appearserious complications, good results.Conclusion: This study suggests that manipulation plus small splint function activityof old Colles fracture rehabilitation is superior to the fixed after simple functionexercise combined with Taohong Siwu decoction. Manipulative reduction and splintTaohong Siwu Decoction in the elderly Colles fracture external fixation after therehabilitation process, to pain, swelling, promote the recovery of the wrist joint, hasremarkable curative effect on the recovery of early fracture.
