Study On Distribution Law Of Syndrome Elements Of Damp And Heat And The Relationship Between Syndrome And Some Related Factors

Objective:To explore the distributing law of syndrome element,and the relationship with season,sex,course of disease and age,and to provide reference for the TCM diagnosis and treatment of damp heat syndrome.Methods:Adopting syndrome element differentiation to study the common syndromes elements distribution in1,000patients with damp heat syndrome in Fuzhou.Results:1. Distribution regular of elements of syndrome:The main locations of the disease are spleen, stomach,large intestine, liver, gall bladder.2. Distribution regular of nature of syndrome:phlegm and Qi deficiency is one of the most miscellaneous syndrome.3. From season study found that:in summer group the credits of heat syndrome are higher than the damp in any other (P<0.05);while the other group had no significant difference (P>0.05).4. From sex study found that:liver yin deficiency and qi stagnation credits in women are significantly higher than man,while phlegm credits in man are higher than women (P<0.01).5. From course of disease study found that:Qi deficiency and blood stasis credits in C (course of disease more than three months) group are significantly higher than A (course of disease less than halfmoon) and B (course of disease from halfmoon to three months) group (P<0.01).6. From age Study found that:the phlegm deficiency credits in The middle-aged are significantly higher than the youth and aged people (P<0.01).Conclusions:1. Spleen, stomach are the primary diseases location of damp heat syndrome. It is of significance to cure damp heat syndrome from spleen, stomach in clinical practice.2. Damp heat syndrome is characterized by the real of venereal mainly phlegm and Qi stagnation.3. The credits of damp and heat syndrome are different in summenthe heat syndrome credits are higher than the damp, because of hot weather in summer.4.The liver and Qi stagnation credits in women are higher than man,which ma y be concerned with the basic principle of females using livers as innateness.5.With the grow of disease course,the integrationof Qi stagnation and stagnation of blood has gradually increased.6. Damp heat syndrome is characterized by the real of venereal mainly phlegm in the middle-aged people, which is probably concerned with eating habits and obesity.
