Based On Three-Yin-San-Yang To Research Syndrome-treatment Law Of Damp-heat Diseases

Objective:Damp-heat disease is caused by invasion of human body by damp-heat combined with pathogenic factors.Symptoms of wet fever are complicated and changeable.In Qing Dynasty,Ye Tianshi Explained the Law of Treating Damp-heat Syndrome.Xue Shengbai's book Shi-Re-Lun focuses on the treatment of damp-heat syndrome.Wu Jutong expounded the syndrome and treatment of damp-heat disease through the theory of triple energizer in Wen-Bing-Tiao-Bian.Wang Mengying Supplemented the Provisions of Shi-Re-Lun into Shi-Re-Bing-Pian.These theories have been passed down to today and have been inherited by many doctors and used in clinical practice.However,in clinical practice,damp-heat syndrome is complicated and there are many different treatment methods based on syndrome differentiation.Although the main syndromes are easy to identify,they are less completely consistent.It is not easy to differentiate and treat various syndromes due to various changes.Therefore,ancient and modern physicians have always attached great importance to the theory of damp heat.Based on the theory of three parts and six diseases,according to the physiological structure of human body and the difference of cold,heat,deficiency and excess properties of syndromes,this study classifies and sorts out the prescriptions of damp fever from the perspective of Fang-Zheng.In this study,damp-heat prescriptions in Wen Bing Tiao Bian and Shi Re Pian were selected.According to the twelve documents theory,the corresponding provisions are analyzed.So as to construct the rule of syndrome differentiation and treatment of damp-heat disease in the San-Bu-Liu-Bing theoretical system,and integrate the syndrome differentiation and treatment of damp-heat disease into the San-Yin-San-Yang system.In this way,the "unification of cold and temperature" in the treatment of damp-heat can be realized,the theory of San-Bu-Liu-Bing can be expanded,and the clinical practice can be better guided.Methods : This subject is divided into two aspects of literature collation and prescription analysis to study the rule of syndrome and treatment of damp-heat disease.On the one hand,the research is to search for literatures related to damp fever in CNKI.The theory of damp-heat disease is combed from the aspects of origin,etiology,pathogenesis,treatment principle and treatment method including ancient physicians,modern literature analysis,and related books.On that other hand,the research is to select the prescription for treat damp fever according to the original analysis of Wen-Bing-Tiao-Bian and Shi-Re-Bing-Pian in related reading books.Then input the recipe name,drug composition and original text into Excel form.Then the other agent and articles were analyzed with12 documents(syndrome of exterior heat,exterior excess,exterior cold,exterior deficiency,pivot heat,pivot excess,pivot cold,pivot deficiency,interior heat,interior excess,interior cold,interior deficiency).According to the theory of exterior,interior and pivot,the prescriptions are classified.In addition,the combination of syndrome and syndrome is analyzed separately.Finally,a comprehensive analysis of the rule of syndrome differentiation and treatment is made.Results:This paper discusses in detail the origin and development of wet fever from ancient times to present.It is more comprehensive in etiology,pathogenesis,therapeutic principles and methods of damp fever.Most of them still treat with the theory of San-Jiao and Wei-Qi-Ying-Xue.There are also doctors who specialize in treatment or prescription and syndrome.The pattern of syndrome and treatment of wet fever is diversified.For prescription analysis,it is selected 35 prescriptions from Shi-Re-Bing-Pian and 33 prescriptions from Wen-Bing-Tiao-Bian.Among them,there are 6 parts of exterior damp-heat formula,10 parts of pivot damp-heat formula,16 parts of interior damp-heat formula,7 parts of concurrent syndrome formula and 29 parts of combined syndrome formula.Treatment of exterior syndrome:Damp-heat stagnation often causes symptoms such as "aversion to cold,fever,heaviness in the whole body,and pain in joints".It should be treated with Damp-Heat Prescription 3.In addition,damp-heat invasion of the superficial part may damage the muscle,throat,meridians,lungs,etc.In general,its treatment should decompose dampness and heat,by relieving exterior,promoting diuresis or eliminating dampness.The specific party shall be selected according to the certificate.Syndrome Differentiation of Pivot:The pivot syndrome is mostly heat syndrome and excess syndrome.There are also deficiency syndrome caused by excessive heat and yin injury.Damp-heat syndrome in the pivot is characterized by damp-heat stagnation in the chest.It should be treated by eliminating damp heat.And damp heat recipe 31 should be used.In addition,there are many syndromes of excessive heat,unconsciousness,blood movement and wind generation.They are mainly characterized by heat syndrome,or heat is heavier and dampness is lighter.Treatment should clear heat and cool blood.The specific party shall be selected according to the certificate.Internal Syndrome Treatment:Damp-heat pathogen is located in the inner part and blocks gastrointestinal qi activity.Then it will lead to abnormal ascending and descending of spleen and stomach.Heavy heat can easily lead to constipation.Severe damp pathogen will stay in the stomach and intestines and hinder transportation and transformation,and even diarrhea will be seen.Among them,damp-heat stagnation blocking the middle energizer is a typical symptom,and the treatment should be San-Jia-Jian-Zheng-Qi-San.If dampness is serious,it is advisable to use Yi-Jia-Jian-Zheng-Qi-San.If the heat is severe,dampness evil will occur and then flow to the chest and hypochondrium and it is advisable to use Xiang-Fu-Xuan-Fu-Hua-Tang.Other syndromes should be selected according to the syndrome and used flexibly.Combination of Syndrome and Combination of Syndrome and Treatment:Complex changes of wet fever will affect other parts of the body.Syndication has the same part but different properties or two documents in agreement,three documents in agreement.The last item is the most complicated,and should be treated in detail.It is necessary to define the lesion site,which is more important,damp heat,which is less important,the rise and fall of body fluid,whether there is accumulation of excess and evil,and then select the prescription for medication.Conclusion: Syndrome differentiation and treatment of damp-heat in human body is relatively easy for syndromes of superficial part,internal part or pivot part.In contrast,damp-heat syndrome is more complicated in the inner part than in the outer part and pivot part.Syndromes of combination and combination which involve two parts or spread the whole body three parts are more complicated.The disease location(superficial part,medial part and pivot part)should always be determined in differentiation and treatment.Then the disease nature(cold,heat,excess and deficiency)should be clarified.Then the disease situation(severity)was analyzed.In this way,the applicable damp-heat formula can be selected.So,the rule of syndrome differentiation and treatment of damp-heat disease in the theoretical system of San-Bu-Liu-Bing is formed.This rule is clearer in clinical application,so as to promote its application.
