ObjectiveIn this study the classical theory of Chinese medicine is based on the use of temperature,cold air under the actual situation of drug production in the rat model,based on the combination of environment,diet and other factors,the production of dominant damp over heat and dominant heat over damp in the rat model,Qingre Huashi recipe with addition and subtraction of the two models, respectively,to intervene in rats were observed before and after treatment of rats with body temperature,food intake,water intake, the second will,spirit,activity,color changes and other macroeconomic indicators,The use of radioimmunoassay and immunohistochemical detection of rat tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),IL-1β(IL-1β),nuclear factorκB(NF-κB),were analyzed in order to investigate the evidence of heat some properties and dampness over heat and heat re-wet model in the method of in-depth study and experiments provide a basis for clinical practice.
