Objective The study to aim directly at people with hearing loss and accept the hearing aids in the same period. Let them fill in the SADL and IOI-HA to analysis outcomes, compare and analysis the effects of time, different age, different educational history by questionnaires. Methods. Methods The questionnaire was deployed to the people who receive the hearing aids from Disabled persons’ federation of Tianjin from September to November in the year of2010.We choose90hearing aid users, there are40females and50males, with ages between19and80years-from junior high school education to university education, with binaural severe or moderate sensorineural deafness First,, devide the subjects into3groups, the A group with ages between19and40years, the B group with ages between41and60years, the C group with ages between61and80years. After being fitted with hearing aids for6weeks,6months and12months,SADL and IOI-HA were applied to evaluating90subjects.The study was carried face to face or by telephone.Then devide the subjects into the other3groups, the D group with educational history between primary school and junior high school, the E group ith educational history between secondary school and high middle school,, the F group with educational history between faculty school and university,.evaluate the subjects in the same way. Results There were significant differences on SADL scores of positive effect, service and Personal image mong the3groups of ABC (P<0.01).The scores of the A group is the highest, and the B group is higher than the C group. There was a significant differences on SADL scores of negative effect among the3groups (P<0.01).The scores of the A group is the lowest,and the B group is lowest than the C group. There was also a significant differences on IOI-HA scores among the3groups (P<0.01).The scores of the A group is the highest, and the B group is higher than the C group.There were significant differences on SADL scores of positive effect, service and Personal image mong the3groups of DEF (P<0.01).The scores of the F group is the highest, and the E group is higher than the D group. There was a significant differences on SADL scores of negative effect among the3groups (P<0.01).The scores of the F group is the lowest, and the E group is lowest than theD group.
