Objective:Xuezhikang capsule and placebo-controlled, further evaluation of Qidantiaozhi capsule in treatment of Dyslipidemia of Qi stagnancy, blood stasis and phlegm turbidity syndrome in deterring the efficacy and safety.Method:1, Test using randomized, double-blind, double-dummy, positive drug/placebo-controlled parallel method,40patients with Dyslipidemia randomly divided into the contrasts, the positive control group and placebo group. Contrasts to effect of Qidantiaozhi capsule treatment, Oral administration of Qidantiaozhi capsule,4capsules,3times daily after meal, simulation of Xuezhikang capsules,2capsules, twice a day after meals. Positive control group treated by xuezhikang capsule, Oral administration of Xuezhikang capsules,2capsules, twice a day after meals oral.simulates of Qidantiaozhi capsule,4capsules, three times a day after meals oral. Placebo group treated by placebo capsules, Oral administration of simulates of Qidantiaozhi capsule,4capsules, three times a day, simulation of Xuezhikang capsules,2capsules, twice a day after meals oral.12weeks of treatment.2、Observation before and after treatment of cases of blood-lipid (TC, TG,HDL-C,HDL-C),traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,body mass index. Liver and kidney function tests and general medical projects have no anomaly. The result suggests that it is safe to use Qidantiaozhi capsule for the treatment of Dyslipidemia.
