Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Zhibitai Capsule In The Treatment Of Dyslipidemia Of Different Syndromes

Purpose: Through clinical long-term use of Zhibitai capsule we found that no matter what type of dyslipidemia,Zhibitai capsule has a certain effect of lipid reduction.However,there was no research on this aspect by looking up a large number of literatures and finding out that the common clinical types of dyslipidemia were phlegm turbid repressor type,spleen and kidney yang deficiency type,qi and blood stasis type,liver and kidney yin deficiency type,yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity type,and the common types of dyslipidemia were: phlegm stagnation type,spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type,Yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity type.Referring to the distribution characteristics of dyslipidemia syndromes and the distribution of dyslipidemia syndromes in outpatient clinics of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese Medicine,the patients with turbid phlegm repressor and stagnation of qi and blood stasis were selected as the research objects.To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhibitai capsule in treating these two syndrome types of dyslipidemia.Material and method: According to the criteria of inclusion and exclusion,60 patients with dyslipidemia were divided into two groups according to TCM syndromes: Zhibitai group(phlegm and turbid repressor type),Zhibitai group(Qi and blood stasis group)and Zhibitai capsule(1 capsule 0.24 g).To observe the changes of blood lipid index,curative effect evaluation integral and TCM symptom integral before and after treatment in the two groups for 4 weeks.Results:1.Compared with the former group,the TG and LDL-C of the two groups were significantly decreased and HDL-C was significantly increased,and the TG and LDL-C of the group with Qi and blood stasis were significantly lower than that of the former,and there was no significant difference in HDL-C between the two groups.2.Comparison between groups: the percentage of LDL-C decreased by 18.28% in the control group of phlegm and turbid repressor was 27.41% and 24.20% respectively.The percentage of HDL-C increased by 14.02%.The percentage of LDL-C in TGG of blood stasis group was 11.8816.30% and the percentage of HDL-C increased by 17.18% was 14.03%.The decrease of TG level of TCU in the two groups was better than that in the group of stagnation of qi and blood,but there was no significant difference in the level of LDL-C and the level of higher HDL-C between the two groups.3.Western medicine laboratory efficacy score: the total effective rate of the phlegm-turbid repressor group was 86.7 and the total effective rate of Qi and blood stasis group was: 66.7.There was no statistical difference between the two groups.4.The clinical symptom integral of TCM: the total effective rate of phlegm turbid group was 80%,the total effective rate of blood stasis group was 30%,and there was significant difference between the two groups in statistics.Conclusion:1.Zhibitai capsule has the same effect on regulating blood lipids,phlegm and turbid repressor type and qi and blood stasis type.2.When Zhibitai capsule adjusts TC?TG index,phlegm and turbid repressor type is superior to qi and blood stasis type.3.Zhibitai capsule improved the clinical symptoms of patients with dyslipidemia,phlegm-turbid repressor type was better than qi and blood stasis type.
