According to a report,70to80percent of people with diabetes die by heart disease. It is very harmful to people’s lives.From the medical point of view, diabetes and coronary heart disease belong to the Chinese medicine-Diabetes, Chest, heartache and palpitations range, etc. Now it is known as Diabetic heart disease. It is generally believed as Diabetic heart disease is caused by Qi and Yin weakness, blood stasis block and affects systolic Blockage. Treating diabetic complications by Chinese medicine has already been excellent and effective.This experiment study is to observe the effect of berberine, polysaccharides and Panax notoginseng saponins (jiangtanghuayu capsule) extracting in Chinese medicine for coronary heart disease with diabetes.It has been verified that Coptis berberine can improve glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism of diabetic; polysaccharides has hypoglycemic and anti-ischemic effect; Notoginsenoside saponins can improve myocardial ischemia.ObjectivesObserve djiangtanghuayu capsule’s clinical effect on the treatment of diabetic coronary heart diseaseMethods60types of Diabetic cardiopathy were collected. All of patients have been treated with jangtanghuayu capsule for3months. The ECG has been measured. BS、TC TG、HDL、LDL and hs-CRP has been taken to test.Results(1)The total effect of the treatment group was86.67%and63.33%in the control group, statistically significant difference between the two groups were compared(2)TCM syndromes of treatment group, the total effective comparison, the total efficiency of93.33%and73.33%in the control group were compared statistically significant differences (P<0.05);(3)The treatment group palpitations, chest pain, thirst, tongue, pulse, five upset hot, sweating most of the symptoms showed significant improvement (P<0.05, P<0.01);(4)Treatment group, fasting glucose, postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin decreased significantly (P<0.05, P<0.01);(5)ECG changes of the treatment group the total effective rate of93.33%in control group was70.00%(P<0.05);(6)Treatment group can reduce the TC of TG, LDL and increased the HDL before and after treatment, significant differences (P<0.05, P<0.01), improved HDL and LDL for the treatment group was significantly superior to the control group (P <0.05);(7)The treatment of inflammatory cytokines decreased significantly, before and after treatment a significant difference (P<0.05)ConclusionsJiangtanghuayu capsule on diabetic Coronary Heart Disease is relatively satisfactory. It has lowering blood sugar effect, and reduce blood fat and improve the inflammatory response so on. through the intervention of the protein non-evzymatic glycosylation prevent the occurrence of coronary heart disease and development of diabetes, to improve the quality of life and other complications.
