| ObjectiveThe research has showed pharmacological effect of FU NAO XIN capsule, and its clinical effect that aimed at aged patients who have suffered from coronary heart disease. At the same time, the side effect of compound heart and encephalon capsule would be finding probably by this research so that it would provide evidence for extended using on clinic.MethodsClinical research:Method of observation: it aimed at 100 patients who have suffered from coronary heart disease, and then it observed these patients' recovery rate on clinic after taking compound heart and encephalon capsule.Method of test: electrocardiogram; hypercholesterolemia; haemodialysis. Experimental research:The research is how FU NAO XIN capsule can affect rabbit's plasma chroma and hemodynamics. It also can affect mouse's blood viscosity and heart beat. To observe reflection of mouse after taking compound heart and encephalon capsule.ResultsThese patients' symptoms have improved differently on clinic after taking compound heart and encephalon capsule on three months. There is the biggest improvement on the blood blockage of aged coronary heart disease, which is 95% on the total effectiveness. Next on the heartbeat and heave of Qi and Yin weakness of aged coronary heart disease, the total effectiveness is 87.2% and 84% respectively. Then, the total effectiveness is 92.9% on the angina. On the other hand, there is the smallest improvement on the phlem blockage of aged coronary heart disease, which is 33.3% on the total effectiveness.In the 100 patients, there are 28 patients, who have suffered from angina. They have taken compound heart and encephalon capsule after three months, that apparent effectiveness is 39.3%, effectiveness is 53.6%, and total effectiveness reach to 92.9%. Secondly, there are 21 patients on the ST Low of Electrocardiogram. After taking compound heart and encephalon capsule, there are 7 patients on the apparent effectiveness, which reach to 33.3%. The effectiveness is 38.1% on the 8 patients of them. The total effectiveness is 71.4%. But there are 6 patients on the effective less, which is 28.6%. Thirdly, 64 patients are premature, who have gained acceptable effectiveness after taking compound heart and encephalon capsule. 59 patients have an big improvement that the effectiveness rate reaches to 92.2. 40 patients of them are atrial premature beats. The apparent effectiveness is 45% in the 18 patients; the effectiveness is 50% in the 20 patients; and the total effectiveness is 95%. Others are premature ventricular contraction.
