The Clinical Observation Ofyangxindingjitang Treatment For Ventricular Contractions

Objective:Through clinical observation to verify value and mechanism of Yiqiyangyin and promoting blood circulation therapy value treatment of ventricular contraction, Ob served in patients with efficacy treatment of Ventricular Contractions of Qi and Yin deficiency, blood stasis type by YangXinDingJiTang.Methods:In clinical studies, Qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis type ventricular contractions were randomly divided into two groups,Treatment group of30cases,give the treatment by YangXinDingJiTang,Control group of30cases,give the treatment by western medicine hydrochloride amiodarone tablets. Both of the two groups last four weeks.Results:According to the research,we could find YangXinDingJiTang improve the symptom greatly,There was significant difference between both groups (P<0.05).there was no difference between two groups about Ventricular contractions efficacy(P>0.05).Conclusion:The YangXinDingJiTang could improve clinical symptom and manifestation of DCG,reducing the frequency of ventricular extrasystole and the severity.
