| Objective:Observation of the clinical effect on treating unstable angina of qideficiency blood stasis type of syndrome to explore it’s mechanism.Methods:60patientswith unstable angina of qi asthenia blood stasis type of syndrome were randomly selectedand divided into two groups,30patients in treatment group and30patients in controlgroup.One group was treated with general western medicine and jianpiquyu preparation.Onfirst a medicinal pre-paration, divides two times to take lukewarm.The other one withgeneral western medicine.After8weeks were observed the treatment of clinicalsymptoms,the ST-T changes of ECG, laboratory examination and analyzedstatistically.Results:1.Chinese medicine in improving symptoms,treatment group wassignificantly better than the control group.2.Two pairs of angina to alleviate symptoms andECG were significantly improved efficacy, the efficacy of the treatment group is superiorto the control group.3.After treatment,total cholesterol and LDL lipids,C-reactiveprotein(CRP)、Hemorheology levels decreased in the treatment group decreased moresignificantly.4.The nitroglycerin stop reduction rate,the efficacy of the treatment group issuperior to the control group.Conclusions: jianpiquyu preparation is the clinical treatmentof qi deficiency blood stasis type of unstable angina in a safe and effective Chinesemedicine compound.Because of the small toxicity and overall treatment,the Chinesemedicine has broad prospects and advantage which can not be replaced by the othermedicine on treating unstable angina pectoris. |
