Objective: By treating both phlegm and blood stasis in the treatment of unstableangina pectoris clinical research, we hope to explore new treatments and the efficacy ofunstable angina, and explore the mechanism of huatanquyu granule in the treatment ofunstable angina pectoris.And we hope to have the help to traditional Chinese medicine inthe treatment of unstable angina aspects.Methods: Divide the50patients who will meet the inclusion criteria into thetreatment group25cases and control group25cases by simple random method. Thecontrol group use conventional treatment of Western medicine; The treatment group addsto the method that have the the function of Profiting qi, dispeling phlegm and promotingblood circulationon on the basis of the western medicine convention treatment foundation.Before and after the treatment record around separately the angina pectoris outbreaksituation, the Chinese medicine symptom change situation, the blood pressure, theelectrocardiogram, the blood rheology, four items of blood fats, the nitrogenmonoxide(NO),fibrinogen,Gao Min C targets(hs-CRP) and other indexes.Results:The Clinical observation shows that in improving the clinical symptoms,regulating blood fats,reducing blood viscosity and platelet activation and other aspects, thetreatment group are better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Huatanquyu granule is a safe and effective Chinese medicine compoundin the treatment of unstable angina pectoris, and has obvious clinical therapeutic effect. Itcan steady athe romatous plaque, dilate coronary arteries,protect myocardial ischemia,improve myocardial metabolism, and thus play a role in the treatment of angina pectoris.
