Clinical Research On Treatment Of Chronic Glomerulonephritis With Nourishing Yin And Clearing Heat

Objective：In order to observe the clinical effect of the treatment withnourishing Yin and clearing heat for chronic glomerulonephritis，and thetreatment is implemented mainly through Modified Zhuyeshigao andErzhidihuang soup, explore its mechanism according to the perspective ofmodern medicine. Methods：72patients diagnosed the chronicglomerulonephritis were randomly classified into two groups．Both the twogroups were treated with Angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blockers to control theblood pressure.36patients were treated with Modified Zhuyeshigao andErzhidihuang soup in treated group; others were treated with Shenyankangfutablet in control group. Two months were a course of treatment. Both groupswere taking a course of treatment. Result：The patients’ clinical symptomstotal score of treatment group was significantly reduced, significantlybetter than the control group (P<0.01). The24h urinary protein of treatmentgroup were significantly lowered, significantly better than the controlgroup (P<0.05). The patients’ hypersensitive C-reactive protein, urineprotein, urine occult blood, blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine oftreatment group were significantly reduced, more effective than the controlgroup (P<0.05). There was little difference of Lipids, blood pressure, C3between the two groups, and there was no statistically significance（P＞0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment with nourishing Yin and clearing heat whichwas implemented mainly through Modified Zhuyeshigao and Erzhidihuang soup for chronic glomerulonephritis is more effective than Shenyankangfu tablet.
