The Research On Effectiveness Of JianPi Qutan Recipe On Improving Gastrointestinal Function For Heart Failure Patients

Purpose: The objective of this paper is to explore effectiveness of spleen appetizersand phlegm dampness(Jianpi qutan Prescription), on improving gastrointestinal functionfor heart failure patients, enriching chronic heart failure failure’s clinical dialecticaltreatmentMethods:Randomly selected60heart failure patients with type of Xin-pi liangxu andtanshi zhongzu,were randomly divided into experimental group (30cases) and controlgroup (30cases), separately given treatment off Jianpi qutan Prescription with westernmedicine and western medicine alone,Effects were observed after4weeks.Results:The total efficiency of heart failure,the experimental group was70.0%, thecontrol group was56.7%, the experimental group was better than the control group (P<0.05);The total efficiency of gastrointestinal dysfunction, the experimental group was90.0%, the control group was63.3%.The experimental group was better than the controlgroup (P <0.01); The total efficiency of TCM Syndrome, the experimental group was90.0%, the control group was70.0%, the experimental group was better than the controlgroup (P <0.01).Conclusion: Jianpi qutan Prescription improve gastrointestinal function of heartfailure patients efficiently,And also have exact effect on the clinical symptoms of heartfailure...
