Clinical Study Of Yiqi Xiefei Lishui Recipe In Treating Chronic Heart Failure

Objective:This study is to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of the addition of Yiqi Xiefei Lishui Prescription in the treatment of chronic heart failure based on conventional Western medicine treatment,it provides new ideas and methods for the treatment of chronic heart failure with Chinese and Western medicine.Methods:This test strictly abide by the traditional Chinese medicine,western medicine diagnostic criteria and standards,according to the New York heart association(NYHA)cardiac function classification standard,the hospital ward of the hospital in hebei province,cardiac function for ?~?collection to meet the requirements,qi deficiency syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine for blood stasis and water stop issuing of 60 patients with chronic heart failure.The 60 patients were divided into treatment group and control group according to the randomized control principle,each 30 cases.All enrolled patients were instructed to take appropriate rest and to limit the intake of water and sodium.Patients with other accompanying symptoms were adjusted according to their condition.Control group according to the conventional Western medicine,that is given furosemide,spironolactone,benazepril hydrochloride tablets,metoprolol tartrate and other drugs,according to the patient's condition to develop individualized treatment programs,adjust the medication;Treatment group on the basis of conventional western medicine,plus Yiqi Xiefei Li water side.Treatment of syndrome differentiation plus medication;Taking method :Water decoction,daily dose,morning and evening.Treatment of 2 weeks for a period of treatment,observation of the symptoms of two groups of patients before and after treatment,heart function grading,TCM syndrome integral,6minutes walk test(6 MWT)distance,cardiac color doppler ultrasounddetermination of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),plasma amino terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor(N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide,NT-proBNP)level,blood in urine routine,liver and kidney function,electrolyte,the change of blood pressure and so on.Results:1.After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was93.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 76.67%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 90%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 73.33%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).3.The plasma levels of NT-proBNP in both groups before and after treatment showed that the plasma NT-proBNP levels in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment groups were more significantly reduced after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The LVEF values before and after treatment showed that the LVEF values of the two groups were significantly increased after treatment(both P<0.05);After comparison between groups,the improvement of treatment group was more obvious,and the statistical difference was significant(P<0.05).5.Compared with before treatment,the distance of 6MWT in both groups was significantly prolonged(P<0.05).After treatment,the prolongation of the 6MWT group was more obvious than that of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).6.Before and after treatment,the vital signs of both groups were stable,blood routine test,urine routine test,liver and kidney function and electrolytes showed no obvious abnormal changes before and after treatment.Conclusion:Yiqi xiefei lishui fang is the effective treatment of chronic heart failure.This prescription can effectively relieve the clinical symptomsof CHF patients,improve patient quality of life,improve patient's cardiac function and prognosis,prolong patients' 6MWT distance and decrease plasma NT-proBNP level.And no obvious adverse reactions in the course of treatment.
