The Research Of The Clinical Observation On Heat-clearing And Damp-Drying Therapy In The Treatment Of Migraine And The Effect On Cerebral Hemodynamics Condition Changes

Objective: To dynamically observe the difference of cerebral hemodynamicscondition changes in treatment group and control group of migraine suffers, the toufengsoap based on Heat-clearing and damp-Drying therapy was given to the treatment group,Flunarizine capsule were given to the control group. By compared the difference in effectand cerebral hemodynamics condition changes of two groups, the correlation of theheadache index and the cerebral hemodynamics condition changes was observed, which isused to characterized the ameliorated symptom of migraine. Methods:80casesaccording with diagnostic criteria for migraine were randomly divided into the treatmentgroup and control group, so each group has40cases, as the same time，80healthy caseswere chosen to contrast the case group. all the group need to be detected by TraseranialDoppler Ultra sound (TCD).the toufeng soap was given to the treatment group. Thetoufeng soap was decocted in water for oral dose, and one dose each day. Flunarizinecapsule were given to the control group10mg once a day before retiring. Both groups wereevaluated after2months, by clinical observation，TCD report，headache index.Results:The total and clinical effects of the treatment group were97.5%,72.5%, while it were95.0%,45%in control group, the treatment group was better than the control group (R(—)(R|-) treatment=0.4003, R(—)(R|-) control=0.6329); TCD reports of the treatment groupwas higher than the control group. Headache index was significantly reduced.Conclusion: The toufeng soap with the effect of clearing heat and expelling dampness cansignificantly reduce headache index, improve the condition of cerebral hemodynamics. Theclinical effect, headache index correlated well with cerebral hemodynamics condition.
