The Study Of Relationship Between The Tongue Manifestation With The Related Factors Of Infantile Pneumonia

Objective：Through related research of infantile pneumonia about Traditional ChineseMedicine(TCM) syndromes,the severity of disease,the course of disease and laboratoryexamination to provide objective basis for the syndrome differentiation of TCM oninfantile pneumonia. Methods：Adopt the TCM tongue instrument of DS01-B in thecondition of eliminating diet,scraping the tongue and excluding other interferencefactors,collect and analyze the pneumonia children and healthy children which are met theinclusion criteria. The collection is observed from the1,3,5,7and10day’s tongueimage,and the patients’ clinical symptoms,signs,TCM syndromes,MP-IgM and routineblood test’s results is recorded. Result: At last we collected about134cases of pneumoniapatients as pneumonia group and30cases as health group. The distribution of the twogroups’ tongue shape has no obvious difference and the tongue shape of the two groups isnormal. The distribution of the tongue color, the tongue coating color and tongue coatingnature of the two groups has obvious difference. Most of healthy children tongue color islight red, the tongue coating color is white and the tongue coating nature is thin.Most ofpneumonia patients tongue color is red.The tongue color has close relationship with TCMsyndromes, the severity of disease,the course of disease and has no relationship with MPinfection and routine blood test. Most of pneumonia patients tongue coating color isyellow.The tongue coating color has close relationship with TCM syndromes, the severityof disease and the course of disease. The tongue coating color has no relationship with MPinfection and routine blood test. Most of pneumonia patients tongue coating nature is thickand thick greasy.The tongue coating nature has close relationship with TCM syndromes,the severity of disease,the course of disease and MP infection.The tongue coating naturehas no relationship with routine blood test. Conclusion: Adopt the TCM tongue instrument of DS01-B to collect and analysis the tongue color of pneumonia patients to make theresult more objective. This study provide objective basis for the syndrome differentiationof TCM on infantile pneumonia.
