Purpose:Explore during hospitalization of children with pneumonia pulmonary ralesdistribution and conversion law, analysis of the different nature or extent ofthe rales disappeared situation;of different initial rales similarities anddifferences in the disease、tongue features,in order to obtain a more objectiverales chang characteristics and tongue transformed characteristics,so as toprovide some basis for guidance pneumonia diagnosis, treatment and prognosis.Method:Selecting meet pneumonia diagnosis of200patients hospitalized children fromJuly2011to January2012in Liaoning Medical University Hospital pediatricward.Admission to the first1-7days,10day,14day as an observation pointtime.Quiet envionment, acquise the rales、tongue of hospitalized children withpheumonia, and record into Information Database, statistics various ralesdistribution and changes in the number of patients at each time point;comparethe different initial rales (moist rales, moist rales merger dryrales)differences in the basic condition;statistics phlegm off the lung inchildren, tongue distribution and transformation of the number of case ofdifferent initial rales each time point, thus analyze and compare tonguecharacteristics of the two rales, decreased since;Results:(1)Children with pneumonia after admission, the most common pulmonary rales ismoist rales (48%) and the moist rales merger dry rales (30%),among moistrales, the more common is small amount of moist rales;among the moist ralesmerger dry rales,a small amount of moist rales merge small amount wheezingappears most.Small amount of moist rales, numerous auscultation highestfrequency in one day,but moderate amount of moist rales rise in the second day and the highest value.(2)Rales transformed rate is the highest (48.5%) on2days after admission, themoist rales→dry beeps basic conversion rate is relatively stable, mainlyfocused on days3,4,5;the auscultation merger dry rales→dry beeps, mainlyin the pre-hospital three days;dry beeps disappear in four or five days ofhospitalization.(3)In the age distribution、 the chest X-ray imaging findings、 tongueconstitute, major initial rales is no significant difference;in initialsymptoms, cough duration of the two groups (P<0.05)differences;in terms ofmain symptoms disappear days, the fever disappeared days comparison of twogroup have significant difference (P<0.05).(4)No significant difference in tongue distribution of initial rales, but interms of tongue conversion, they are different:a.tongue the red→pink moistrales children have the highest conversion rate in the7days after admission, children of the moist rales merger dry rales occur in forth day;b.tongue red→dark red moist rales in childre in the forth day before admission, moreobvious, the latter appears in the fire four days;c. tongue yellow→whiteboth higher conversion rate in the second day of hospitalization;d.thicktongue→thin moist rates in children in the hospital day7is thehighest, the latter in the hospital on day5.Conclusion:(1)The initial distribution of rales of pneumonia in hospitalized children withcertain characteristics. The rales transformation have a certain rules.(2)In terms of and tongue conversion, children of different initial rales, thereare some differences.
