Objective: The researching objective of this topic is to study clinical records in orderto summarize the laws of producing disease with different constitutions in pulmonarysystem, screen clinical records in medical record library, and focus on studying thecorrelation between age, gender, and body constitution and diseases, symptoms, anddifferentiation of symptoms and signs for classification of syndrome of diseases inpulmonary system by the help of data bank. It benefits in grasping laws of producingdisease, precaution and regulation which have prolonged theoretical and practical referredvalue in diagnosing complex clinical disease.Method: Screening medical records of Asthma disease and Lung distension in60cases in our hospital and60pulmonary tuberculosis in Chest hospital. Establish a databank through using the180medical records after typing them with weight table, applyingstatistical software SPSS18.0to analysis age distribution, sex distribution, constitution andsyndrome type distribution, physique with age and sex variation.Result:1. Asthma constitution type distribution: first of all there are93.33%patientswho are of biased quality and they all have the tendency of intrinsic quality, secondlyQi-deficiency constitution35%, Heat medium28.33%, Phlegm-wetness type21.67%.Tuberculosis physical type distribution: Yin-deficiency constitution61.67%, Qi-deficiencyconstitution28.33%. Lung expansion of physical distribution: Blood stasis matter33.33%,Heat medium23.33%, Qi-deficiency constitution21.67%, Phlegm-wetness type21.67%.2. Constitution and syndrome type: Qi-deficiency constitution: Qi and Yin injury31.25%, External Cold and lung heat20.83%; Yin matter: Hyperactivity of fire due to yindeficiency54.05%, Lung deficiency27.03%; Heat medium: Hot sputum of lung82.76%;Phlegm-wetness type: Cold drink stop lung41.67%,Turbid phlegm obstructing lung29.17%; Blood stasis matter: Phlegm and blood stasis63.16%, Qi-deficiency and blood stasis36.84%.3. The patients of Asthma disease, Pulmonary tuberculosis and Lung distensionpresenting distribution laws in sex and age.4. Quality of Qi-deficiency constitution showed an increasing trend with aging andthe number of Qi-deficiency constitution in women are more than that of men. Conclusion: The laws of producing disease with different constitutions in pulmonarysystem: the most past of Asthma patients are of biased quality, Qi-deficiency constitution,Heat medium, and Phlegm-wetness type; those Tuberculosis physical type are ofYin-deficiency and Qi-deficiency; patients of Lung expansion are usually to be seen withblood stasis, Phlegm-wetness type, Heat medium and Qi-deficiency. Qi-deficiency is thebasic pathologic constitution type. Different constitutions lead to syndromes of differencein the same disease such as Qi-deficiency constitution usually causing Qi and Yin injury;those of Yin matter are often hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency; Blood stasis matterleads to phlegm and blood stasis. Age and sex are also have the effects on producing thedisease, for example Quality of Qi-deficiency constitution showed an increasing trend withaging, the number of Qi-deficiency patient in female is more than that in male, On thecontrary, young men with Yin matter are more than that of woman, which is due tosmoking and drinking. In view of the limitations in choosing disease, some laws ofconstitution can’t be presented in the researching.
