Objective: Investigate the distribution regularity of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis(PF) patients in traditional Chinese medicine method to diagnose the illness in early stage and provide the individualized treatment plan for patients in the early stage of PF.Methods:from September 2013 to January 2016,based on 138 patients diagnosed as pulmonary fibrosis in Shandong Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital,and divided them into three stages according to the clinical symptoms, lung function, HRCT. The basic situation and the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine were investigated by means of questionnaire and telephone return visiting. Statistics for different types of constitution in pulmonary interstitial fibrosis in patients with three phase distribution, the survey data in the database by using single factor variance analysis and chi square test analysis correlation between constitution and pulmonary interstitial fibrosis severity in patients.Results:1.the ratio of male to female was 2:1 in 138 patients with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis. 2. 138 cases of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis patients with the main body type is Qi deficiency, blood stasis, the proportion of 21.01% and 18.84%,followed by phlegm dampness and yin deficiency, the proportion of 16.67% and 14.49%.3.In the early stage of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis, the proportion of phlegm dampness was the largest, which was 32.14%,followed by damp heat and blood stasis, which were 25% and 17.86 %,respectively.Chronic deferment of patients with Qi deficiency constitution proportion, 30%.Secondly, is blood stasis and phlegm dampness, respectively 21.43% and 15.71%.Late patient bardo asthenia(30%), deficiency of Yang(20%) accounts for a larger proportion, followed by Qi deficiency(17.5%),blood stasis(15%).Conclusions:1.Patients with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis were more males than females. 2. Types of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis are mainly Qi deficiency, blood stasis, phlegm dampness in the early stage, chronic migration to the main deficiency of Qi and yin deficiency.The severity of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis and TCM constitution.
