Objective: to establish a system of syndrome differentiation and treatment of diabetic cerebrovascular disease by using the method of systematic evaluation.Methods: to search the clinical research of Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic cerebrovascular disease in each Chinese database,to select the qualified research and evaluate the quality of the research.Using the statistical software Revman5.3,which is provided by the international evidence based medicine collaboration network,the Jadad score was used to evaluate the quality.The clinical data were collected according to the different test methods,and the data were analyzed by means of heterogeneity and Meta.The effective and safe and stable results as the standard screening of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic cerebrovascular disease the advantage of therapy and prescription.Results: 119 eligible studies were included.The Jadad score,31 study score more than 3 points,the rest of the score < 3 points.Contains decoction,pill,powder,injection and other 78 kinds of prescription,embody various treatment of Supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,Qi stasis mainly and corresponding clinical guidance of treatment.Conclusion: the advantages of treatment,type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebrovascular disease prescription based on the analysis,in accordance with the principle of using the method of evidence,that the pathogenesis hypothesis of blood stasis,Qi deficiency and blood stasis,blood stasis,deficiency of Qi and Yin collaterals can be used as a guide in type 2 diabetic patients with cerebral vascular disease in clinical use,its pathogenesis and treatment system for syndrome: venereal disease for treatment of blood stasis and blood stasis system--Stasis-Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection,Danhong injection,Xuesaitong injection,Shuxuetong injection,Erigeron injection.The actual medical machine-treatment system of qi deficiency and blood stasis Qi deficiency and blood stasis Qi stasis-Yang also five soup;Qi and yin deficiency,blood stasis and Qi Yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome-invigorating qi and nourishing yin and activating blood circulation to remove stasis and Yang also five soup with Shengmai powder.
