Clinical Observation Of The Effect Of Dan Zhi Xiao Yao Decoction On The Patients With Liver Stagnation’and Spleen Deficiency And Heat Of Hashimotos Thyroiditis And Hyperthyroidism

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Dan Zhi Xiao YaoDecoction intreating Liver stagnation and spleen deficiency and heat of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis(HT) andHyperthyroidismMethods: Those60Diabetic Diarrheas, who had been chosen into this clinicalresearch, were divided into two groups at random,the observation group and the contrastgroup.Each group had30cases. The two groups were diet, exercise of the foundationtreatment Based on the treatment，the patients of contrast group were treated with westernmedicine Methimazole and Propranolol,the patients of observation group took the Dan ZhiXiao YaoDecoction. Four weeks were a course of treatment.Results: After the investigation of4weeks, the resesrch showed that the treatment oftraditional medicine was more effective on improving signs and symptoms of the patientsthan western medicine and also could reduce the rate of. HypothyroidismConclusion: Dan Zhi Xiao YaoDecoction has a good therapeutic effect on treating theHashimoto’s thyroiditis(HT) and Hyperthyroidism.it could obviously improve the clinicalsyndrome of the patients. It also confirmed that traditional Chinese medicine hadconsiderable clinical value and widest foreground in treating HT and Hyperthyroidism andpreventing the rate of Hypothyroidism.
