| Objective: To observe the effect of Sanhan huoxue qubai Recipe on adults with vitiligo of syndrome of cold accumulated in channels and its effect on the score of vitiligo area scoring index,the level of Complement 3 and the quality of life.Methods: 80 adults with vitiligo according with the inclusive criteria were selected and were divided into the observation group and the control group using the random number table.The observation group were treated by Sanhan huoxue qubai Recipe and Sanhan huoxue qubai Tincture,the control group were treated by Vitiligo Capsule and Sanhan huoxue qubai Tincture.The observation group and control group both filled in DLQI in before and after 3 months of treatment,were evaluated the score of vitiligo area scoring index,detected the level of Complement 3 and checked safety related routine inspection,and related adverse reactions were recorded in a timely manner.Results: The observation group and the control group were in a consistent baseline.3 months after treatment with different solutions,(1)the differenc e of vitiligo area scoring index score respectively in the treatment group and the control group were statistically significant before and after treatment(P?0.05),the score of vitiligo area scoring index in the two groups was statistically significant after treatment(P?0.05);comparison of the curative effect in two groups was statistically significant(P?0.05),the effective rate was 75.68% in the observation group and 52.63% in the control group,the former was significantly higher than the latter;(2)the difference of Complement 3 score respectively in the treatment group and the control group were statistically significant before and after treatment(P?0.05),the score of Complement 3 in the two groups was statistically significant after treatment(P?0.05);(3)the difference of DLQI score respectively in the treatment group and control group were statistically significant before and after treatment(P?0.05),the score of DLQI in the two groups was statistically significant after treatment(P?0.05);(4)tolerance of patients in this experimental treatment was good,serious adverse reaction related to the drug was not be found.Conclusion: Sanhan huoxue qubai Recipe can reduce the lesion area and have better effect on adults with vitiligo of syndrome of cold accumulated in channels,the effective rate is 75.68%,at the same time,it can increase the level of Complement 3 and improve the quality of life. |
