The Study Of The Treatment On Nafld Of Stagnation Of Liver-qi And Deficiency Of The Spleen And Blood Stasis Wet Chaotic Syndrome With Using Baoganxiaozhi Granule By Observing The Change Of The Resistin After The Treatment

Purpose:the study of the treatment on non-alcoholic fatty liver with using Baoganxiaozhi granule by observing the clinical effect and the change of resistin before and after the treatment,and further studyies the possible mechanism of Baoganxiaozhi granule.Method:According to the income standard,the protocol for this study including80patients with NAFLD was employed.The patients were randomized into two groups,40cases of each group.On the same basic treatment of two groups,the control group took the Simvastatin tablet,while the treatment group took the Baoganxiaozhi granule.The period of treatment of each group was8weeks.The sit-ation of patients were observed and compared,including the clinical syndrome and the change of resisitin.Result:①After the treatment,there was no significant difference of liver functions testing,blood lipid between the two groups(P>0.05),but in both two groups there were significant difference before and after the treatment(P>0.05);②And the CT ultrasonic and resistin had changed after the treatment(P<0.05),and there were significant difference before and after the treatment(P>0.05);③The change of the clinical syndrome scroe in the treatment group was significant to the control group (P<0.05),and the both had significant difference after the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical observation of the group of Baoganxiaozhi granule and Simvastatin tablet proves that the both groups can improve clinical syndromes and relieve the degree of seriousness with the CT ultrasonic and resistin had plummeted.But the treatment group was better than the control group in the clinical syndrome score in stanation of liver-QI and deficiency of the spleen and blood stasis wet chaotic syndrome,the clinical study was great safety.
