The Study Of The Treatment On Non-Alcohalic Fatty Liver With Using Baoganxiaozhi Granule By Observing The Clinical Effect And The Change Of The FFA And After The Treatment

Object:To research of the treatment on non-alcoholic fatty liver with using Baoganxiaozhi granule by observing the clinical effect, security and the change of the FFA before and after treatment.Methods:Choose the 80 patients withNAFLD income standard and they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group had 40 cases. The two group were combined with the Baoganxiaozhi granule and Shuifeijibin Capsule.The Period of treatment of each group was 8 weeks.We observed and compared the situation of Patients in the clinical symptoms,the ehange of blood lipid,liver function and FFA,with Bultrasound checking.Results:After treatment,the two groups both have a good effect-tion,compared with the control group,the treatment group have a sig-nificant differences on symptoms,liver function and (P< 0.05), The efficiency of the treatment group is 92.3%,and 81.6% is the efficiency of controlgroup.There was not a significant statistical difference (P> 0.05)Conclusion:In Baoganxiaozhi granule group, the level of improving liver function and FFA and syndrome was higher than those in Shui feijibin Capsule group.
