Liujunzi Soup Plus Or Minus Changes In The Treatment Of Children With Allergic Cough Remission(Dls)for Clinial Observation

Objectives:On the basis of clinical odservation and theoretical studies,literature review to summarize the disease etiology and pathogenesis and method of treatment,spleen yi fei by observing the phlegm expelling wind and treatment of children with allergic cough remission(lung and spleen deficiency syndrome)’s clinical efficacy,to explore compound liujunzi preparations for treatment of children with allergic cough remission of the theoretical basis,improve and organize the children with allergic cough ease of etiology and pathogenesis and mechanism of the development of effective drugs for the treatment of children with allergic cough.Methods:Literature summarized the Chinese and western medicine in children with allergic cough summary of its etiology,pathogenesis,syndromes,and treatment method,allergic cough in children with80cases were randomly divided into2group,which the control group were treated with western medicine singulair oral trearment;treatment group after the syndrome type given to the main recipe six gentlimen decoction treatment.course of treatment was14days,observing before and after treatment of clinical symptoms,physical signs laboratory parameters and the course of treatment,adverse reactions.Results:The treatment group efficiency is87.5%,while the control group efficiecy is82.5%.treatment group and control group dfficacy (p>0.05),however,the treatment group were better than the control group to improve shortness of breath,spontaneous perspiration,mental exhaustion,fatigue anorexia,loose stools thin (p<0.05),the prescriptions in the improvement of laboratory paramaters and recurrence rate of significant difference (p<0.05),the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion:On the principle of the spleen yifei, phlegm qufeng the compound liujunzi of the proposed side soup treatment of children with allergic cough remission(DLS type)to improve the role of the clinical symptoms and laboratory indicators,and no side effects,the recurrence ratesmall,has important clinical value.
