Analysis Of The Law Of Syndromes And Treatment Of Children's Allergic Cough Based On Data Mining

Purpose: This paper adopted the method of data mining to analyze and summarize the TCM syndrome type characteristics of allergic cough in children and the characteristics of professor wang xuefeng's diagnosis and treatment thought and medication law of this disease,and carried out clinical efficacy observation and control,with a view to summarizing the incidence law of this disease,inheriting and popularizing the tutor's academic thought and diagnosis and treatment method.Material and method:Selection in November 2016 to May 2018 in liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine affiliated hospital of pediatrics xue-feng wang,a professor at the outpatient service of 224 cases of children with irritability cough,by filling in the four clinical syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine cases acquisition table records the patient's general condition,medical history,symptoms and signs and lingual arteries and veins,choose Microsoft Office Excel 2013 pivot table,SPSS20.0 statistical software to obtain information for data entry and finishing,the application of clust ering analysis method to explore the distribution regularity of TCM syndrome types and characteristics of the drug and observe clinical curative effect.Results:1.Cluster analysis of clinical symptoms and signs of 224 children with AC(allergic cough)showed that wind-phlegm syndrome,irascibility syndrome,irascibility syndrome,fire-eating syndrome,Yin deficiency of lung heat and lung-spleen deficiency.2.96 traditional Chinese medicines were used in 1120 consultations,a total of 14,560 times.Expectorant,antitussive,antiasthmatic,antipyretic and antipyretic are the main drugs for professor wang's clinical differentiation and treatment.3.Six pairs of common drugs were obtained after cluster analysis;Commonly used drug combination 8 groups.4.Professor wang xuefeng had a significant therapeutic effect on allergic cough,with an effective rate of 98.66%.Conclusion:1.Professor wang xuefeng diagnosed and treated children with allergic cough,following the theoretical thought of "all diseases are caused by sputum",with heat clearing and resolving phlegm,relieving spasmolysis,reducing qi and relieving cough as the main method,invigorating spleen and eliminating food,promoting lung and promoting pharynx,clearing liver and clearing heat as the auxiliary method.2.Cluster analysis and other statistical methods were used to objectively and scientifically reflect the TCM syndrome type characteristics and clinical medication rules of children's allergic cough,providing references for TCM diagnosis and treatment of children's allergic cough.
