backgroundCough Variant Asthma(CVA)is a latent Asthma. Its morbidity is increasing year by year, and the course of disease is lingering, which seriously affects the healthy growth of children. For this disease, hormones and bronchodilators are used as the main therapeutic drugs in western medicine, but most of them have certain side effects. In addition,long-term use has a large economic burden, and drug feeding is difficult, which will affect the compliance of children with continuous treatment. We try to find a method from the medical moxibustion method,a treatment method that can make the children can accept from the psychological, without side effects.Thermally sensitized moxibustion with moxa box has no direct contact with the skin, which is easy to be accepted by children, and has unique advantages in the overall regulation. Therefore, this topic chooses to use thermally sensitized moxibustion with moxa box as an intervention method to observe the clinical effect of thermally sensitized moxibustion on the remission period of cough variant asthma(CVA)in children.ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of thermally sensitized moxibustion with moxibustion in the remission phase of cough variant asthma(CVA)in children, and to provide a new scheme for the clinical treatment of CVA treatment technology, and to provide a clinical reference for the establishment of the thermally sensitized moxibustion treatment scheme in the remission phase of CVA.MethodsSixty-three patients who met the study criteria were selected, and two groups were set up according to the parents' wishes. That is,32 cases in the control group and 31 cases in the treatment group.Which treatment group to in on the basis of conventional western medicine therapy plus with thermal moxibustion moxa box, control to conventional western medicine treatment the oral meng LuSi sodium chewable tablets, treatment of 4 weeks. The TCM symptom score, clinical symptom control, moxibustion sensation, moxibustion quantity and thermal sensitivity of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.ResultsThe gender, age and other basic information of patients in the two groups were compared and analyzed respectively, and no statistical significance was found(P>0.05),indicating that the baseline level of the two groups was the same, and the research data were comparable. After 4 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate and recovery rate in the treatment group were 100%and 64%,respectively,while those in the control group were 93%and 43%,respectively.The total effective rate and recovery rate in the treatment group were better than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).In terms of TCM symptom score, the improvement of TCM symptoms and the total score in the treatment group after treatment were better than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion1.Thermally sensitized moxibustion with moxa box and conventional treatment of western medicine are effective in relieving cough variant asthma(CVA)in children, but have obvious advantages in improving the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine thermally sensitive moxibustion.2.The high incidence of cough variant asthma(CVA)moxibustion in children is in the area of lung shu point. In the process of thermally sensitized moxibustion with moxibustion box, compound moxibustion is more common, but single moxibustion is less common.3.Most of the children can stimulate the thermal sensitivity within 5 minutes, and the more obvious the symptoms, the more likely the moxibustion in the process of thermally sensitive moxibustion box treatment, but each moxibustion to the amount of time required is longer, ranging from 30 to more than 50 minutes.
