Study On The Effect Of Tongfuxiaoji Decoction On Children Cough(food Endothermic Type)

Objective: To observe the clinical of Tong Fu Xiao Ji decoction in treating 60 cases of children's cough(internal heat type of food accumulation),To observe the therapeutic mechanism of tongfu relieving heat,relieving cough and resolving phlegm on children's cough,The mechanism of action was discussed and its effectiveness was confirmed.Methods: Through the method of syndrome differentiation and classification in traditional Chinese medicine,72 cases of pediatric cough(internal heat type of food accumulation)were collected,and 60 cases were successfully included in the observation,and were divided into the treatment group and the control group by the principle of random grouping,with 30 cases in each treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with tongfuxiaoji decoction,while the control group was treated with xiaoji zhike oral liquid.7 days for a period of treatment,observation of treatment 2 period of treatment,and followed up for 2 months,to observe its related clinical symptoms,signs and related physical and chemical inspection,record data,corresponding to sum up,through the professional analysis,the correct conclusion,thus providing treatments have confirmed this topic research security,effectiveness,popularization,etc.Result:The results showed that there were 30 cases in the treatment group,among which 29 cases were total effective,and the total effective rate was 96.67%.In the control group,there were 30 cases,among which 24 cases were total effective,and the total effective rate was 80.00%.There was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P < 0.05),and there was a significant advantage in the efficacy between the treatment group and the control group.The scores of cough and phlegm symptoms before and after treatment were all P < 0.05,and the therapeutic effect of cough and phlegm in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group.Comparison of the recurrence rate after drug withdrawal: the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 3.44%;The recurrence rate in the control group was 33.33%.There was a significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups(P < 0.05),and the recurrence rate in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the comparisongroup.Conclusion:In clinic from general relieving negative decoction on infantile cough(dyspepsia internal heating type)the curative effect is exact,can significantly improve the children with cough(dyspepsia internal heating type),worth in infantile cough(dyspepsia internal heating type)is widely used in the treatment and promotion,clinical treatment for infantile cough(food retention internal heating type)more scientific train of thought and research methods.
