| Purpose:Observation of Plus medication into Maxinganshi Decoction in the treatment of Acute tracheitis and bronchitis curative effect, access to the drug therapeutic effect of the objective basis, At the same time discuss Plus medication into Maxingganshi Decoction for acute bronchitis mechanism and Lung heat cough pathogenesis. Method:Divided60patients of phlegm heat and obstructing lung Acute tracheitis and bronchitis into two groups randomly, control group with Shiweilongdanhua granules treatment,3g each time,3times a day. The treatment group was given Plus medication into Maxinganshi decoction treatment,1each day, Morning and evening to take. Observation of60cases with cough, sputum, fever, thirst, tongue and pulse and other improvements in symptoms, and according to symptom change statistical integration, analysis the treatment effects of two groups.Result:The clinical observation of the results show that the treatment group total effective rate96.67, control group, the total efficiency of86.67.The curative effect of treatment group was superior to control group.Conclusion:Plus medication into Maxinganshi Decoction on Acute tracheitis and bronchitis (phlegm heat and obstructing lung type) have a very good therapeutic effect, and can relieve clinical symptom, shorten the treatment time. |
