Objective:Through with modified Yiguanjian combined with lamivudine for chronic hepatitis B therapy, to evaluate its clinical efficacy and influence on immune function, understanding with modified Yiguanjian combined lamivudine treatment of chronic hepatitis B liver curative effect, in order to further guide the clinical.Methods:60cases of HBsAg positive, HBeAg positive, HBV-DNA positive and YMDD negative chronic hepatitis B patients were randomly divided into with modified Yiguanjian combined lamivudine treatment group30cases and routine of lamivudine30cases in the control group, two groups are in March fora course of treatment,4after treatment to determine efficacy of treatment.Result:Total effective rate in the treatment group93.3%, control group, the total efficiency of66.7%, the efficacy of the statistical analysis, the difference is significant (P<0.05).After treatment of hepatitis B virus replication markers such as HBsAg seroconversion rate in observation group than in the control group (ΔP<0.05). with statistical significance.12months after treatment and observation group, all cases without YMDD variation, control group YMDD variation in4cases.Conclusion:1. With modified Yiguanjian combined lamivudinecan significantly improve the clinical symptoms.2.
