Conclusion the drug efficacy and advantages. Results: the treatment group30cases,22cases were markedly improved (73%), effective6cases (20%), invalid in2cases (7%), thetotal effective rate was93%; Control group30cases,14cases were markedly improved(46%), effective in13(43%), invalid in3patients (11%), the total effective rate was89%, asa result, the curative effect of treatment group is better than that of control group (P <0.05).That combined with traditional Chinese medicine medicinal broth in promoting ascitessubsided, improving liver function and improve symptoms and so on, is better than purewestern medicine treatment.Conclusion: Flavored Yiguanjian treatment of cirrhosis ascites (liver and kidney Yindeficiency syndrome) can obviously relieve symptoms, promote ascites fade and improveliver function, curative effect is remarkable.
