Clinical Observation On Yiguanjian In Treating Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency After TACE For Liver Cancer

Objective: Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yiguanjian on liver and kidney yin deficiency after TACE of liver cancer.Methods: From October 2018 to September 2020,60 patients with liver and kidney yin deficiency after TACE in the oncology clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine were collected in this study.The patients were treated with Yiguanjian modified formula for 3 months by self-control method.The tumor size,blood pressure,blood pressure and blood pressure were recorded before treatment,1 month after treatment and 3 months after treatment Spss26.0statistical software was used to analyze the results of TCM syndrome score,tumor markers,Karnofsky score and liver function to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Yiguanjian.Results:In this study,60 cases were included,2 cases fell off,and 58 cases were observed.1.In the evaluation of solid tumor curative effect,after 3 months of treatment,the objective remission rate was 44.83%,the disease control force was 93.10%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.In TCM syndrome score,compared with before treatment,the score decreased after 1 month of treatment(P<0.05),and decreased significantly after 3 months of treatment(P<0.01).3.In the tumor marker AFP,compared with before treatment,the AFP levels were decreased after 1 month and 3 months of treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).4.In KPS score,compared with before treatment,after 1 month of treatment,the score was improved,the effective rate was 82.76%(P<0.05),after 3 months of treatment,the score was significantly improved,the effective rate was 94.83%(P<0.01).5.In terms of liver function,compared with before treatment,alt,AST,GGT,TBIL levels decreased and ALB increased after 1 month and 3 months of treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Yiguanjian Decoction can stabilize tumor size and reduce serum tumor marker AFP.2.Yiguanjian Decoction can improve the Karnofsky score of patients,relieve the clinical symptoms of hypochondriac pain,abdominal distension,less food,backache,five heart trouble,night sweats,and improve the quality of life.3.Yiguanjian Decoction can effectively improve the liver function of patients.
