Clinical Observation On Treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis(Yin Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome)by Yiguanjian Combined With Shixiao Prescription

Objective:To verify the clinical effect of Yiguanjian Combined With Shixiao Prescription in the treatment of CAG(yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)patients by using TCM prescriptions,and to provide a more effective treatment for this diseaseMethods:We performed screening at the outpatient department of liver,spleen and stomach disease of the affiliated hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.And patients with chronic atrophic gastritis(yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)were finally included.We used a randomized controlled method to divide the selected cases into a treatment group and a control group with 36 cases each.The treatment group was given Yiguanjian Combined With Shixiao Prescription,and the control group was given Sanjiu Weitai granule.4 weeks as a course of treatment.After taking 3 courses of treatment,we compared the changes in TCM symptoms,gastric mucosal efficacy,and pathological scores before and after treatment in the two groups of patients to verify the feasibility of the scheme.Results:According to this protocol,9 cases were lost.Finally,this study recruited 63 valid cases totally,including 32 cases in the test group and 31 cases in the control group.(1)Comparison of the efficacy of TCM symptoms and gastric mucosa before and after treatment:The treatment group and the control group have certain effects on improving the symptoms of TCM and gastric mucosa in CAG patients(P<0.01 ? P<0.05).(2)Comparison of symptom scores:By comparing the main symptom scores of the two groups of patients,the two groups of programs have improved the symptoms scores of gastric heartburn,fullness,hunger,epigastric noise and dry mouth.Comparing the onset time of the above symptoms in the two groups,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the improvement of dry stool symptoms was not significant in both groups.(3)Gastroscopy and histopathological score comparison:After treatment,the gastric mucosa of both of the two groups were improved,and the gastroscopy score treatment group was higher than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of histopathology,the gastric mucosal atrophy and intestinal improvement in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05)Conclusion:Yiguanjian Combined With Shixiao Prescription has a better clinical effect on the treatment of CAG(yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)patients.It shows us a good therapeutic effect on improving the general symptoms of patients with this disease,working quickly.It also has a sensational effect on gastric mucosal atrophy and intestinalization,which can appropriately delay or even improve the progression of patients.It is very safe in the right dose.
